Description
SilibasePCR-1640B powder resin Composed of MQ and T propyl silicone resin. This silicone combination technology is designed to provide excellence developed for the transfer resistance and water resistance. And can also form a flexible film with a comfortable touch. Even under stretched or washed conditions, the film formed by SilibasePCR-1640B Silicone Resin Powder still smooth and non-destructive, when applied to sunscreen products. It also improves the elution resistance of sun protection factors.

Application method
We recommend the use of volatile oils compatible with SilibasePCR-1640B Silicone Resin Powder and oils in the formulation to achieve the best film formation. Our resin is compatible with many organic oil esters and silicone oils. Its concentration can be increased up to 50%. Solid powder resin can increase the final viscosity of the carrier, depending on its concentration and type of oil. When it is heated to 70℃, it can reduce the time required for its dissolution, which is especially practical for solvents that dissolve this product slowly. The dissolution time can be shortened from 2 hours to 30 minutes. It is recommended to slowly add the resin to the oil phase under stirring in order to avoid the formation of large precipitates that are difficult to dissolve. Therefore, the use of this resin can improve the stability of lotions and lipsticks.
Storage and Shelf life
No special storage methods are required. Under 32℃ or lower temperature, the service life of the product in the unopened original packaging container is 24 months after the production date.
